I was really looking forward to my stay, but my experience didn't live up to expectations. The location was decent with access to the beach and other amenities nearby, but the room quality was disappointing. I encountered maintenance issues that made my stay uncomfortable. While the staff seemed friendly enough, overall the experience felt lacking in cleanliness and upkeep, particularly for the price I paid.

Rooms
5.0
The rooms were quite worn and had several maintenance issues. I encountered mold and a musty smell in both rooms assigned to me, making it difficult to feel comfortable.
Service
6.0
The staff tried to address my concerns, especially with cleaning, but the overall service didn't alleviate the condition of the rooms.
Location
5.0
The hotel is situated in a secluded spot on Taino Beach, which is nice for beach access, but not very convenient for exploring.
Dining
5.0
Unfortunately, there was no restaurant on site, and the one across the street had slow service. It was quite frustrating given the circumstances.
Facilities
5.0
The hotel facilities felt outdated, and there was limited access to amenities which dampened my experience overall.

The hotel had a great location right on the marina, which was wonderful for our fishing trip. The rooms were basic but clean enough for what we needed, though not luxurious. The service was accommodating, and the pool area was nice. However, I wouldn’t call this place a gem; it's quite simple and a bit dated, which might not suit everyone’s tastes.

Rooms
6.0
The rooms were clean and simple, but definitely not luxurious. They served their purpose well for our short stay.
Service
8.0
The manager was accommodating and responsive to our needs, which made our experience much better.
Location

I loved the location right on the marina, making it super convenient for our fishing trip.
Dining

While we didn't dine on-site extensively, the restaurant seemed pleasant, though I can't speak much about the menu.

I had a somewhat mixed experience at the hotel. The location is great, right by the beach, and the rooms were clean despite being a bit outdated. However, the amenities felt pricey, and some features weren't up to par. Overall, it offers decent value, but I had some issues with noise and service.

Rooms
6.0
The room was clean at first glance, but it felt outdated, with some fixtures needing repair. The king-size bed could have been more comfortable, and there was a constant noise problem.
Service
5.0
Service was inconsistent; while daily housekeeping kept the room clean, the staff seemed overwhelmed, and the constant noise from the walls and outside added to the discomfort.
Location
9.0
The hotel is conveniently located near the beach and has easy access to the ferry for market visits, making it a plus for exploring the area.
Dining
7.0
The restaurant had an okay meal selection, but the food was pretty pricey with automatic gratuity added.
Facilities
6.0
Facilities like the pool were nice, but the noise level from both the rooms and the common areas was disruptive.

We had an incredible stay at Flamingo Bay Hotel! The beachfront access was unbeatable, and the staff truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The accommodations were comfortable and clean, although the dining options were a bit pricey. Overall, we felt it was a great experience, but be prepared for some additional fees that can add up during your stay.

Rooms
9.0
The room was clean and bright, featuring a king-size bed and a small kitchenette. It felt secure and private, which was a nice touch.
Service
10.0
The service was outstanding, with staff from front desk to housekeeping always willing to help and eager to ensure we had a wonderful stay.
Location
10.0
The hotel's location is fantastic, being just a block away from the beach and conveniently located near the marina.
Dining
7.0
While the food at the restaurant was good, it was fairly expensive, and we noticed that an automatic tip was added to our meals.
Facilities
8.0
The hotel grounds were well-kept, and the access to the pool and beach made for relaxing afternoons.

My stay at Flamingo Bay Yacht Club was a mixed bag. While the location is great and offers easy access to Taino Beach and a beautiful pool area, the rooms were outdated and not very clean. The dining options were quite limited, and I had several issues with service. Overall, it offered some value for money, but there were definitely numerous drawbacks that I wouldn't want to deal with again.

Rooms
5.0
The rooms were very outdated and had a musty smell, with cleanliness being a significant concern. Although they were convenient and had a nice marina view, they fell short of what I'd expect for a comfortable stay.
Service
5.0
The service from the staff was generally friendly, but it was often slow and lacking in follow-through, which made for a frustrating experience.
Location
8.0
The hotel is situated right across from Taino Beach, which is convenient for visitors looking to relax by the shore and enjoy water sports.
Dining
5.0
Dining options were limited; I had to go to the Ritz across the street for meals, which was quite slow during peak times. It felt more of an inconvenience than a highlight.
Facilities
6.0
The facilities included access to a large pool and beach area, which was nice, but the overall upkeep of the hotel could be improved.
